Sony Xperia Z5 – The Fastest Autofocus in the World

Sony has finally proved that it is the best. At the IFA 2015 fair in Berlin Sony presented their elite model – Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, the first smart phone with 4K UHD resolution screen.

Some media called this smartphone absurd, and some are reporting that this will be the first smartphone with a 4K screen. Love it or not, whether you need a 4K screen or not, this is the top of the peaks, and a demonstration of power. Sony was found to be better than others, so with this move, Samsung, LG, ZTE, HTC and other manufacturers with QHD screens are thrown into the background.

Visitors of the IFA 2015 could enjoy a large 5.5-inch IPS LCD screen and 4K UHD resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels, which is a brutal 806 dots per inch (ppi), something that was unheard of until today. Of course, the famous Sony TRILUMINOS technology used in TVs is built in device, which enhances and gives a fuller impression of color on the screen acting stronger and more vibrant.

The design is distinctive. The frame casing is metal (polished), while the front and back are from glass. The lines are simple and clear.. Otherwise it comes in gold, silver and black color. Of course, this model is waterproof and dustproof (IP65 / IP68), and in the turn off/on button is installed fingerprint reader. We must mention also the powerful stereo speakers on the front, that will enrich watching movies, listening to music, playing video games, and other multimedia trinkets.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium runs on Android 5.1 operating system Lollipop which is slightly modified. Of course, they threw all those features which you normally love about Sony, so that your user experience can be very rich.

The processor is known – Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 in 64-bit and 8-core with Adreno 430 graphics with 3 GB of RAM. It will be interesting to see how this processor, “chew” huge 4K screen with 8.3 million pixels. Internal memory is 32 GB and can be expanded via microSD card up to 200 GB.

The camera is state of the art. The back camera of 23 MP with 1 / 2.3 “sensor (Sony Exmor RS), ISO 12800 (photo) and ISO 3200 (video). The strongest point is certainly incredibly fast image sharpening with a hybrid auto-focus of virtually instant 0.03 second. There is also 5x Clear Image Zoom, 8x Digital Zoom, a wide angle (24 mm), 4K video, all with pulsating LED flashlight. The front camera is 5 MP (Sony Exmor RS, Steady Shot, a wide angle 25 mm, Full HD video), and both should provide a superior user experience.
